Marking VJ Day and the official end of World War 2, this major exhibition at Clydebank Museum provides a background to WW2 and a pictorial history of the impact of this global conflict on West Dunbartonshire. This will be a people's exhibition which aims to promote the human experience of WW2, the Clydebank Blitz, it's tragedies, heroisms and the resilience of the people. The exhibition will focus on the stories of veterans and survivors of the Blitz. The exhibition will include archives, artifacts, photographs, film footage and reconstructions.
