There are also sections on potential funding bodies, local newspapers, and Council services related to arts and cultural activity.
The aim is to provide people with up-to-date information on what arts activities are available in West Dunbartonshire, as well as useful contact names, addresses and telephone numbers. Similarly arts organisations will be provided with information that will allow direct contact with other like-minded or complementary arts groups.
ARTY-FACTS was used as a model of good practise by the Scottish Arts Council when it was originally launched in 2000. It was updated in 2002, and we are now looking to update it once more in the hope that it will also be easily accessible online via the Council's Cultural Weblet.
If you are an artist resident in West Dunbartonshire or you are a member of a group that meets locally, then you may want to appear in the updated ARTY-FACTS.
