Annual Customer Survey Feedback

Thank you to everyone who took part in our annual survey.

West Dunbartonshire Libraries conducted a survey in all of our libraries during autumn 2007. We wished to find out what we are doing well and where we can make improvements. The survey has provided invaluable information which will be used to enhance and improve the service we offer to the community.
