To continually improve our service we welome comments and feedback from our customers. Balanced Scorecard

Our Balanced Scorecard is a strategic planning and management tool that is used to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the Council, improve internal and external communications, and monitor performance against strategic goals.

Performance Information

Our Building Standards team are currently meeting all monthly performance targets that have been set, and we are currently on track to meet all of our annual perfornace targets for the first time ever.
