The final stage of the Core Paths Plan SEA is the Environmental Report.
The Environmental Report has to describe the effects on the environment of the Plan and its reasonable alternatives identified by the environmental assessment.
The Draft Environmental Report and the Consultation Responses form the 3 statutory authorities are all available below
The Draft Environmental Report has been updated to take account of the consultation responses from the three statutory authorities and changes to the Draft Core Path Plan to produce the adopted Core Paths Plan.
A Post-Adoption Statement has been produced in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005.
