Local Procurement Guidance

The Local Procurement Policy was drawn up by the Corporate Procurement Section and approved by the Council’s Corporate and Efficient Governance Committee in March 2010. It is intended to provide guidance for local businesses on procurement arrangements in West Dunbartonshire Council and in the wider Scottish public sector and to identify ways of maximising opportunities for local SMEs to access public sector contracts in Scotland.
