The Innovation Centre Dunbartonshire is available for anyone developing a new or improved product, whether they are unemployed, employed or running a business.
Product Development Support The aim of the Dunbartonshire Innovation Centre is to reduce both the time and costs involved in the early stages of developing a new product. The facilities together with the appropriate support and training increase your chances of developing your product into a commercial success.
Support - The Support of a business adviser and access to a wide range of specialist knowledge appropriate to your needs
- Help to produce an Action Plan to take you through the product development process
- Training and support in the use of equipment and the new ICT technology
- Ongoing support and advice as you commercialise your product

Individuals and Businesses As an individual you can access up to 6 months support at the Innovation Centre.
Businesses using the Innovation Centre for product development can have up to 30 hours free access and specialist consultancy advice.
Making an Application Applications for use of the Innovation Centre are welcomed from both individuals (unemployed and employed) and businesses based in Dunbartonshire. Your idea needs to have genuine potential and you should intend establishing your business within Dunbartonshire.
Your application will be assessed and if successful you will receive support tailored to your needs including a product development action plan.
