West Dunbartonshire Council has re-organised its External Funding function and established an External Funding Unit (EFU) that became operational in January 2007. The remit of the Unit is to develop a multi-agency, strategic approach to funding in West Dunbartonshire and so maximise the opportunities for attracting external funding to the area. The EFU has introduced four new members to the team:
- Rick Rijsdijk, Lead Funding Officer.
- Brain McColgan, European Officer.
- Karen Niven, Urban II Officer.
- Robbie King, Clerical Assistant.
