Following an organisational restructure in September 2007, the Chief Executive’s Department now comprises the Chief Executive’s Unit, the Policy Unit, Corporate Communications & Marketing, and Internal Audit.
This is the first service plan for the new department. It sets out the corporate themes, priorities and objectives for 2008/12, the action plan that has been developed to deliver these objectives, particularly in the first year, together with the resources required to implement it successfully. It also sets out the Departmental objectives in 2008/12 and the actions and resources that will be required to deliver these.
