A Big Shout Out For Young People

29th April 2010

Do you live in West Dunbartonshire?

Male aged 12 -25 years? Ready for a challenge?

Perfect.

We want to hear from you!

Award winning company New Adventures are creating a new dance theatre and film production and you have the chance to be part of it. No previous experience is necessary. Forget tights and tutus, expect sweat, hard work and the opportunity to be part of something epic.

So, physically and creatively challenging workshops, being in a film directed by an industry leading film director and collaborating on a pioneering project. Opportunity enough? No? Well how about the opportunity to be selected to perform alongside the professional company in a ground-breaking new production premiered at the Theatre Royal in Feb 2011.

The production itself is a collaboration with internationally renowned choreographer Matthew Bourne and his company New Adventures. Matthew said. We have built up over a number of years an excellent relationship with Ambassador Theatre Group and Scottish audiences.  We are delighted to have been chosen by Glasgow theatres, and then funded by the SAC to initiate this unprecedented dance project in Glasgow. To combine the talents of professional dancers and promising young local talent to create an original production, using all of New Adventures world class creative team, is surely unique?”

SO HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED? Thought you might ask that.
