How satisfied are you with your home, environment and the housing services you receive from the Council?
The Council has commissioned an independent research company, Research Resource, to carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Survey on our behalf. This survey will play a very important part in helping us develop our services for our tenants. The survey asks about your views of the services that we provide for you, your service priorities and how we can improve for the future.
Towards the end of September you will receive a survey pack through your door. Please complete the survey and return it in the freepost envelope provided for you. We need to get the views of as many tenants as possible in order to build an accurate picture of how satisfied our tenants are, so it is important to us that we receive your response. Your feedback is important, and it really does make a difference. If you are happy, this lets us know where we need to keep working to keep it that way. If not, we will identify where we need to improve and what we can do to improve.
A small number of tenants may receive a telephone call from Research Resource asking to complete the survey over the phone – this is to ensure that we can make our survey as representative as possible.
The survey will be entirely confidential and no-one from West Dunbartonshire Council will see your individual answers. Research Resource will, at the end of the survey, provide an independent report of the total findings. These results will be shared with tenants.
Your views do count, the more tenants that return the survey to us the better a picture we get of what our tenants are thinking and feeling.
When you return your survey you will be automatically entered into our prize draw – there are four £50 vouchers for home improvements to be won!
