Social and Economic Profile 2017

As with previous versions, the Profile pulls together in one document a wide range of social and economic information about the area, making publicly available a range of data about local life with a strong emphasis on people and place.

The profile contains information on population, crime, housing, education, the local economy, and the environment, and this year adds new sections, covering a wider range of topics including digital inclusion.

Effective and efficient services need to be underpinned by good quality information and we hope that the Profile makes a useful contribution to this.
