West Dunbartonshire Libraries and Cultural Services will be celebrating International Women’s Day with a special talk by Jane Gotts at 7pm on Wednesday, 8 March at Dumbarton Library.

Jane is the founding partner and Director at GenAnalytics Ltd, a specialist analytical and market insights consultancy focused on the area of business performance improvement linked to diversity and equality in the workplace.  She has vast experience in business and economic consultancy, strategic business planning and international business development.

Jane recently acted as the Adviser to the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee at the Scottish Parliament for their inquiry into Internationalising Scotland’s Businesses.  Jane’s talk is called “Gender Equality – It’s Everyone’s Business” and it picks up on the theme of this year’s   International Women’s Day which is “Be Bold for Change – call on the masses or call on yourself to help forge a better working world – a more inclusive, gender equal world”.

West Dunbartonshire Libraries and Cultural Services have marked International Women’s Day for the past five years and they take great pride in offering leading speakers who will provide a highly stimulating and thought provoking evening.
