The Scottish Housing Regulator has published its 5th annual report on the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
The report provides an analysis of performance information reported by all social landlords across Scotland. This years’ report specifically focuses on the extent to which landlords have improved the services they provide to tenants and the extent to which landlords are making progress towards achieving the Charter standards and outcomes.
The main findings show landlords are maintaining strong performance across the majority of the Charter standards and outcomes, with performance against all of these maintained or improved.
There is particularly strong performance in the service areas that are most important to tenants.
