The Tenants’ Communication Strategy was produced jointly by Housing Services and tenants in 2010. It was reviewed in May 2014 and distributed widely as part of a consultation.

The new Strategy sets out the standard and methods we will use to provide information, the types of information we will provide and how we will provide feedback to tenants and tenant organisations.

The Strategy applies to all tenants including those living on our travelling people site, in Sheltered Housing Complexes and in our other supported accommodation.  It also applies to tenants who have registered with us their interest in getting involved and to tenant organisations such as Tenants and Residents' Associations and Federations of Tenants and Residents' Associations.
