What Glow can do for you?
Glow will benefit many people, including:

teachers – access to sharing practice and teaching resources

learners – joined up working with pupils all over Scotland and access to additional resources using their Glow username and password

parents & carers – more access to information about what their child is learning

school administrators – opportunity for more joined up working and sharing of information

school managers – provide resources on national initiatives and the scope to expand the curriculum beyond the confines of the physical school

local authorities – educational, technical, commercial and financial benefits to be achieved through communication and collaboration with partner agencies

Glow in West Dunbartonshire
At present access to Glow is being given to schools and pupils while they are in school. Each school can request access to Glow for pupils outside of school hours, but this is at the school’s discretion. It is hoped to be able to provide access for parents to Glow, however, this is still at a very early stage of development.
