We have a large number of after school clubs operating this session. Some of the clubs run throughout the year and others are short term activities. Members of staff lead many of the clubs but we also have activities which are led by volunteers from other organisations.
Last session St Mary’s Sport Club was formed. The club involves partnership between parents and the active schools co-ordinator and seeks the views of pupils in order to determine which activities are of greatest interest to them. The club also aims to target children who have not been offered out of school activities previously, eg, Primary 1-3 children and to introduce children to a variety of physical activities.
