Explore Loch Lomond and beyond by kayak. You can take to the water and develop new boating skills using our modern fleet of one man plastic kayaks. Kayaking can develop coordination skills, personal confidence, encourage teamwork and is an exciting way to get active.
This is a great activity for groups to work together and develop strong teamwork. Exploring lochs and rivers by open canoe you will learn to work with a partner to control, steer and navigate these very stable and accessible boats. Ideal for mixed ability groups.
Using specialist off road bikes you can explore woodland and low level mountains using pedal power. Exciting, challenging and packed with adventure this is a great activity for encouraging motivation, coordination as well as route finding skills.
Under the supervision of our specialist staff we head out to the nearby crags and cliffs. Working in small groups you will learn belaying skills, rope handling as well the techniques for climbing. Ideal for developing confidence, agility and core teamwork skills.
What goes up must come down. This is your chance to take on the challenge of descending down the rock face. Under the careful supervision of our instructors you will learn new ropework skills and descend a rock face. It's an exhilarating experience which provides a huge sense of achievement and can send confidence levels soaring.
Accuracy, patience, concentration and discipline are some of the skills that will be put to the test. Carefully controlled sessions and expert coaching will enable you to start mastering this ancient sport.
Learning to read a map is a valuable life skill. Orienteering can equip you with a skill that transfers back into the classroom, the home, even the office. Whether you want to grasp basic concepts of angles and orientation or wish to develop more complex route finding skills this activity combines both mental and physical challenges.

This exciting and adrenaline fuelled sport gives you the chance to slip, slide and glide. We can teach you the skills to enjoy on piste downhill skiing and explore a whole new winter wonderland. Courses can be tailored to the needs of individual groups and can be run in both Scotland and abroad.
This interesting and thought provoking activity is great for developing team dynamics. We have designed a series of challenges to get teams working together. A fantastic learning experience that allows groups to really rise to the challenge and focus on planning, delivery and communication skills.
We offer a range of exciting 3-6 day expeditions which allow groups to journey through Scotland's outdoor landscape. These can be on foot, mountain bike or kayak/canoe. You will learn all the skills to be self sufficient, camping and cooking for yourselves in some of Scotland's most beautiful wilderness areas. For many of our groups this really is an unforgettable adventure.
