These courses are an opportunity for potential teams or existing teams to develop personal and interpersonal skills. Predominantly the courses we have run have been for existing work based teams. The challenges set out during such courses are focussed on the needs identified in the workplace. We focus on enhancing skills that can be directly transferred back into the work setting.
