The Hockey development service aims to:

Increase participation in hockey through schools and the wider community.

Deliver an extensive primary school hockey coaching and festival programme for all Primary 5 pupils.

Engage with Scottish Hockey to support the delivery of local and national hockey events and initiatives.

Improve the provision and quality of hockey coaching in West Dunbartonshire.

Provide pathways for hockey participants of all ages and abilities to reach their potential.

Support the development of local hockey clubs and their links with other clubs in neighbouring local authorities.

Provide support and opportunities for officials to get involved in hockey.
