Community Development is the provision of learning opportunities in locally based venues which meet the identified learning needs of groups and communities. Excluded and disadvantaged individuals, groups and communities are the priority when developing these learning opportunities. Provision is free to priority groups & communities and courses are run at times which suit the participants. Learning provision can vary in length and duration depending on the content.
