Community Literacies Section

The Community Literacies Team offers a range of free community based learning opportunities throughout the area for children, young people and adults including English for Speakers of Other Lanuages.  The provision includes free help to improve confidence in reading, writing, spelling, using numbers, listending skills and learning English for use in work, community and home life.  There are free, flexible and local learning opportunities throughout West Dunbartonshire. Adult Literacies (CLAN)

CLAN is the adult Community Literacy and Numeracy marketing initiative for West Dunbartonshire.  It's a brand which operates under the auspices of and directs learners and partners to the Adult Literacies Service provided by Community Literacies.
