Pioneering Projects
We have developed a number of unique projects to enhance and encourage learning.
Classroom In A Box
Groups can learn to really interact with the environment they have been biking, climbing and kayaking in. With state of the art digital cameras they can document their experiences. Back at base a set of Mac computers, stored in our mobile classroom can be used to produce slideshows and films of their adventures.
Personal Digital Assistants
We have pioneered a method for recording attainment in the 5-14 curriculum. Before attending any of our courses teachers will identify strands and attainment targets for their pupils. Once here they can use PDAs outside during our activities to record the progress and achievements of the class. This information is then stored on a database which can be easily processed and sent direct to each school.
