Environmental Health work across a broad range of public health issues to protect and promote health.
Much of our work is proactive. In addition to responding to requests from the public and to incidents such as food poisoning outbreaks, we undertake educational work with schools and community groups. These include accident prevention, domestic food safety practice and a wide range of environmental issues.
