As the times change and technology improves, so does our community engagement techniques.
Our Website Forum is rarely used and we now have more than 2000 active users of our Facebook and Twitter pages. In addition our Contact Centre and Customer Relations teams are receiving higher than ever levels of contact from customers telling us what we are getting right and doing wrong.
