On 31st March 2009, five sections within Housing, Environmental and Economic Development held a consultation event in Clydebank Town Hall. The sections involved were:
Each service area used the opportunity to ask the general public what they thought of their current service and future service delivery.
41 people attended the event and 63% of attendees completed the exit survey. The objective of the exit survey was to establish if the event was worthwhile and if it should take place on an annual basis.
Of those who responded, 88% confirmed that they would like this event to take place on an annual basis.
Key findings/Recommendations
To continue with this type of event on an annual basis and look at ways we can reach more people in the community.
