HEED Committee on the 6th October, 2010 approved the next stage of the Partial Stock Transfer Proposal. Approval was given for four stock transfer packages in Vale of Leven, Dumbarton, Clydebank East and Clydebank West.
In addition, specific housing stock in Milton, Tullichewan, Old Kilpatrick and in three sheltered housing complexes at Gray Street, Manse Gardens and Melfort Avenue was to be retained by the council.
Preparations will continue to focus on the specific actions required to take the partial stock transfer project plan forward, with the continued aim of a ballots of tenants by early 2012 with transfer later that year, if a majority of tenants vote in favour.
