Also, as part of this commitment the Tenants Information Service (TIS) have been chosen by West Dunbartonshire Council Tenant representatives to provide independent advice to tenants in the proposed partial stock transfer. Throughout the coming year TIS staff, will carry out an independent assessment of the stock transfer proposals and explain what this means to tenants living in the stock transfer areas.
