West Dunbartonshire Council is committed to providing excellent services to its customers. We provide a service for homeless people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This includes the provision of temporary accommodation, we have agreed in consultation with service users a set of ‘service standards’ for the provision of temporary accommodation. Performance against these standards is monitored and reported below.
