What kind of children come to Hearings?

• Children of all ages, from newborn babies to sixteen year olds come to Hearings.

• They come for a wide range of different reasons, because they have offended, because they have been neglected or abused, because they are out of control of their parents or have been absent from school without reasonable excuse.
