Equal Opportunities Monitoring in West Dunbartonshire Council
Under the Equality Act 2010, West Dunbartonshire Council has a duty to monitor, by ethnicity, numbers of:
employees in post
job applications
applications for training
internal applications for promotion
employees who receive training
employees who are involved in grievance procedures
employees who are involved in disciplinary procedures
employees who benefit or suffer detriment as a result of its personal development scheme
employees leaving the Council.
The Council reports on and publishes this data on an annual basis.
West Dunbartonshire Council also monitors its employees by disability, gender and age.
