Gambling Act 2005 - Section 349

Publication of Statement of Principles

In terms of the requirements of Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005, West Dunbartonshire Licensing Board published its Three-Year Statement of Principles for the period commencing February 2010.

Premises licences are the responsibility of West Dunbartonshire Licensing Board.

Operating and Personal Licences are the responsibility of the Gambling Commission. Further information about the Act is available from the Gambling Commission, email info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk.
