Civil Partnerships in West Dunbartonshire
The Civil Partnership Act 2004 came into force on 5 December 2005. This new legislation allows same sex couples who wish to register their partnership to have the same legal rights and liabilities as married couples.
Civil Marriages in West Dunbartonshire
