Other Approved Venues

Following a change to civil marriage legislation in Scotland, civil weddings can now be held in venues other than registration offices.

Civil Marriages

The undernoted venues have been approved by West Dunbartonshire Council:-

  • Cameron House Hotel, Loch Lomond (Arden).
  • The Celtic Warrior (Sailing Vessel), Cameron House Marina, Loch Lomond (Arden).
  • Ross Priory, Loch Lomond (Gartocharn).
  • Inchmurrin Hotel, Inchmurrin Island, Loch Lomond.
  • The Maid of the Loch, The Pier, Loch Lomond, Balloch.
  • Dumbuck House Hotel, Glasgow Road, Dumbarton.
  • Abbotsford Hotel, Stirling Road, Dumbarton.
  • Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre, Clydebank.
  • Silver Marlin (Sailing Vessel), Balloch, Loch Lomond.
