Sports United

Activities for Adults with or affected by disabilities aged 14 +

Sports United is West Dunbartonshire Council’s programme of sporting activities for people with or affected by disabilities within the main leisure centres in West Dunbartonshire, the Meadow Centre in Dumbarton, the Play Drome in Clydebank and the Vale of Leven Swimming Pool in Alexandria.

Sports United is a membership scheme which uses the passport to leisure cards.  Your current card can be used or you will be issued with a new one.

Sports United members can come to the leisure centres at any time and use the swimming pools, health suites and gyms.  Swimming use is free with gym sessions and health suite sessions heavily discounted.  Members using the gym require an induction to use the equipment safely for which there is a charge.  Our fully qualified gym staff will create an individual programme for you. Carers are made most welcome and are not charged but they must remain with the client.
