Because we understand the importance of creating a continuous relationship and helping create a shared vision for more events to come, we work with our clients to clarify their ideal outcomes and streamline the logistics. 

The team has already hosted grand openings, product launches, holiday parties, charity events and fundraisers. Our corporate clients include large public and private organizations to small boutique and start-up businesses.

Spaces available

Grand Hall

Capacity: 50 to 400 delegates

Layout style: Boardroom, Cabaret, Classroom, Pagoda, Theatre, U-shape

Our Grand Hall can accommodate up to 400 delegates and comes equipped with all the modern conference facilities any organiser could need. It has an HD projector, raised stage area.  As well as having all the practical considerations taken care of, the Grand Hall is also a welcoming and comfortable space for your guests.

Clyde Room

Capacity: 10 to 23 delegates

Layout style: Boardroom, Cabaret, Theatre/Conference, U-shape

The Clyde Room is ideal for smaller gatherings or is a fantastic option for a break out space or networking area.

Garden Gallery

Capacity: 10 to 60 delegates

Layout style: Cabaret, Theatre/Conference

The Garden Gallery can accommodate up to 60 delegates and is an ideal space for exhibiting or a break out area.  With a direct entrance to the enclosed garden, this space can be used on those dry days as an alternative break out space or networking area. 

Reception Hall

Capacity: 10 to 120 delegates

Layout style: Boardroom, Cabaret, Classroom, Pagoda, Theatre/Conference, U-shape

Often used as a support room for the Grand Hall, the Lesser Hall is the perfect space to register your conference delegates. It can also be turned into an exhibition or display area. With plenty of space to accommodate up to 120 delegates and our catering team on hand to serve a wide-range of refreshments and drinks, it’s also a great area to use for breakouts or networking sessions.

Ceremony Room

Capacity: 10 to 60 delegates

Layout style: Boardroom, Cabaret, Classroom, Pagoda, Theatre/Conference, U-shape

The Ceremony Room is a bright and spacious room that can accommodate up to 60 delegates.  A great option for meetings and conferences or as a exhibition or networking area.
