There could be four reasons as to why your bin did not get emptied

Find your bin collection day
Please use the FIND IT functionality (on the
right) to find out your bin collection day, just enter your full
postcode and select "My Home" from the dropdown. All
properties with this postcode will be returned, showing the bin
collection day and a link to download the bin collection
calendar for that property.
Alternate weekly collection
Household residual (landfill) waste will be collected one week,
and recycling materials the next on a continuous basis i.e;
