- Cook sausages in combi oven until core temp 75c and remove from tray.
- Boil onions in water with bouillon until soft and add gravy granules to thicken.
- Pour gravy over sausages.
- Cook Yorkshire pudding as per manufacturers instruction and serve with sausages.
