This year we are changing the way we deal with these applications.
From the 2011 academic year, the benefits section within the Corporate Services Department will be dealing with the award of school clothing grants and free school meals.
Please note that the Registration Office will no longer deal with these applications.
If you received a clothing grant or free school meals last year, you will not need to apply again this year as your entitlement will be reconsidered automatically.
However we may have to write to you if we require further information to confirm entitlement.
You will need to contact us if:-

you have changed your bank account since your last award please contact us to provide us your new bank details.
You will need to complete a new application if.

you live out with the West Dunbartonshire Council area as we will be unable to automatically confirm your entitlement

you have never applied before or have a further child starting school

Alternatively, you can complete the application over the telephone by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 01389 738282 and one of our team will take the information from you.
