We are reviewing our Allocation Policy to make sure that the Council is making best use of its housing and that the way properties are allocated is as fair as possible to those in need of housing or looking to move. The impact of Benefit changes and new legal requirements also need to be considered as part of the review.
The 2nd phase of the consultation has started and a survey is being used to collect views on a draft Policy drawn up form earlier consultation.
