Funded by the Big Lottery, our new Housing Options Service for young people is a partnership approach between Action for Children and West Dunbartonshire Council. 

The service aims to provide young people in West Dunbartonshire with advice and information about access to housing and support to prevent homelessness from occurring.

  • Assistance to apply for a mutual exchange.
  • Advice regarding mortgage to rent options available.
  • We can also refer you to other services such as money advice, employability and health.

‘Homelessness means not having a home.

You don't have to be living on the streets to be homeless - even if you have a roof over your head you can still be without a home.

This may be because you don't have any rights to stay where you live, or your home is unsuitable for you’.
