Working4U offer a wide range of services which support West Dunbartonshire residents get back into work or to move to a new job.

Please note that our drop in services are currently suspended following government guidance and are temporarily being provided within our Virtual Hub at present.

Due to the Covid pandemic we created a virtual hub so that we could continue to offer support to residents.  Why not drop in for advice and support if you are looking for a new job, to improve your skills, or undertake further training.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm.

To access the Virtual Hub you will need to download the Zoom App or copy and paste this link into your browser https://working4u-west-dunbarton-gov-uk.zoom.us/j/93038277743.  There are various video tutorials on using zoom such as Zoom - Getting Started

The virtual hub mirrors the support that the service offered in a face to face capacity pre-Covid and includes reception staff to welcome you and rooms for interviews and course delivery.

Services include:

  • Creating or updating your CV
  • Exploring Job Goals
  • Jobsearch assistance
  • Assistance with job application forms
  • Mock interviews
  • Gain qualifications
  • Virtually meet employers
  • Access to learning opportunities
  • Access to Money Advice service

Why not drop in and have a live chat with one of our W4U Officers in the Virtual Hub.

If you wish to find out more about the services we provide, chat to a member of our team, or are an organisation looking to refer someone to Working4U, the best way to do this is by completing the referral form.
