Levengrove Park , Training Suite

Come along and join Joanne Dick (BSc Hons MNIMH) from Green Tree Remedies for an hour of guided relaxation and body awareness practice.

We will use progressive muscle relaxation and guided breathing techniques to deeply relax the body, slow the breathing and quieten the mind. Relaxation gives the body and mind time to rest.


Meet at the entrance gate to the Park’s Training Suite. Bring along your mat and blanket as we are unable to provide them.
