Come along and join Joanne Dick (BSc Hons MNIMH) from Green Tree Remedies for an hour of guided relaxation and body awareness practice.
We will use progressive muscle relaxation and guided breathing techniques to deeply relax the body, slow the breathing and quieten the mind. Relaxation gives the body and mind time to rest and repair.
