Additional Bootcamp Classes

Following the Scottish Government’s guidance that indoor group fitness classes should be suspended until Friday 11 December 6.00pm, we are programming outdoor Bootcamp classes at our three synthetic pitches over the suspension period.

This class is an outdoor exercise session combining traditional body weight and high intensity interval drills. Get ready new recruits to be put through your paces!

    (park at Dumbarton East Station car park)

     (parking available at Mountblow)
