Mindfulness Taster with Martin Stepek

Martin Stepek UMBRACO

De-stress. Feel better. Be happy.
Join Martin Stepek, one of Scotland's foremost mindfulness teachers, on Saturday 3rd December at 10.30am to find out how you can let go of stress and live a happier, healthier life with mindfulness.

Martin will introduce you to this simple, but life changing skill. Join him to understand mindfulness and see clearly how it can help your wellbeing. Martin will also look at the power of your breath. It may seem odd to focus on something that comes so naturally to us all, but Martin will show why practising being aware of your breath really helps our mental and emotional wellbeing. It's so simple, but it really works!

With guided meditations too, you can enjoy the feeling of deep relaxation.
