Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we are currently only able to offer one-to-one training sessions with an IT Trainer in your local library.
This option allows you to apply for help with most computer, tablet or phone issue you are having and we try and help.
Typical issues could be:
- Setting up an email account.
- Downloading eBooks or eMagazines
- Using your device's camera as well as editing and storing images.
- Resetting or restoring your device.
- Installing and using Apps.
- Create a simple poster
- Setting up cloud storage e.g. Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive
Applying for a session
To apply for a session you can either contact your local library or complete the application form and someone will contact you to arrange a date and time for your sessions.
