Marinate & refrigerate the sliced chicken breasts in 100g of crème fraîche, 20g of Cajun spices and pepper for 1 hour. Then bake in the oven until the reach core temperature.
Whilst the chicken is baking, add the oil to a hot pan and to this, then add the garlic puree, crème fraîche, Cajun spices and bring to the boil. Then add the cooked chicken and serve.
NB for the vegan tofu in a Cajun sauce please use tofu in replacement of the chicken breasts. Cook the tofu the same way as the chicken is cooked above and replace crème fraîche with soya yoghurt. Allergens for tofu & soya milk; Soya
