Cook off the burgers on a baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes at 350F, until thoroughly cooked
Place the onion into a pot with a minimal amount of olive oil and sauté them until almost caramelised to give colour
Add water to the onions and bring to the boil, using a little cold water to blend the gravy powder to a paste and add this to the onions and water, bring back to the boil stirring all the time until thickened
Remove the burgers from the baking tray using a fish slice draining off any excess fat
Place the burgers into serving dish and pour over the gravy
