Add the sausages to grundy tins, then slice the onions and add to the sausages.
Add the gravy and garlic puree.
Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks and steam until tender.
Add the potatoes on top of the sausages, and gravy, and bake until potatoes are golden, and it reaches core temp.
NB for the vegan vegetarian sausage and sweet potato bake with gravy, use the Brakes vegetarian sausage as listed on the shopping list. Allergens include; Gluten / wheat / soya. Cook as above. For the gravy, use vegetable stock mixed with water and cornflour to thicken.
